We are EKLEKTIKA.

A social cooperative that brings together different people, cultures and ways of life, with a focus on INCLUSION, PREVENTION and COMMUNITY.

Katharina Burger, Karmen Höllrigl and Martine De Biasi — three women with distinct expertise in social work, documentary film and art therapy, pooling their skills to create new spaces for encounter, education and cultural expression.

Our aim is clear: a just, non-violent society in which diversity is not only tolerated but recognised and valued. To that end we build networks, create safe spaces, and bring different people into conversation with one another.

EKLEKTIKA stands for acting rather than looking on, for bridges rather than walls, and for the conviction that change begins where people genuinely meet.

Our work weaves together knowledge, art and dialogue to make real participation possible and to foster a society in which diversity is lived as a strength. Together we create projects that combine education, art and psychosocial support, opening up spaces for encounter — for children, young people, adults and older people (for example queer people and their families; people with a migration background).

Alongside our projects, we also offer services.

What we offer is aimed at individuals as well as institutions and associations.
We organise:

continuing education

workshops

events

information evenings

awareness-raising work

individual and group counselling

training for professionals (on cultural diversity, queerness and anti-bias education, among other themes).
